He says it takes to much effort to push down the pedal. Seiler's response to my inquiry in reference to this: "You can bend the spring a little back, to give less force to the = spring. Another possibility is to place a piece of wood under the first = of the two screws, which hold the spring, to bring the position of the = spring away from the keyboard frame." Any thoughts?
