I don't see why not! The bridge set I just finished had 8 plys of 
the microscopically thin stuff that passes for commercial veneer 
these days, soaked clear through with epoxy. I don't think there's 
any non - epoxy impregnated wood left in it to react to moisture. If 
it doesn't change dimension with humidity changes, it ought to be a 
good thing for both tuning stability and bridge pin wear. I expect 
this stuff to keep a clean termination for a very long time. Bit 
tough to notch though, hence my building the machine.
