Does anyone give their customers surveys after they tune/service their

If so, can you mail me an example of one?

Doug,

I'll sometimes do follow-up calls. I did that far more when I was starting
out and had more time. The best survey you get is indirect: the customers
telling their friends what a great job you did.

Having another piece of paper to fill out in an already busy life might be
just an annoyance for many customers. Put yourself in their shoes. Do you
like filling out surveys for services performed in your home?

If your service is really good, you'll benefit from good word of mouth; if
your work is bad(I hope not!), you'll hear about it.

Jis' my dos centavos,

Dave Stahl
