I find it doesn't really matter that much as long as they're sharp, and
I mean really sharp--shaving instruments sharp!

I have been playing around on a junk bridge, getting the hang of
notching
(re-notching as it were) trying a few different chisels that I own.  I
am
wondering what the preferred chisels are for you who do this regularly.
I
would love to hear of particular chisels (links, photos would be great),
and
which ones are favored for which part of the notching process.  Thanks
