I believe the correct address is: thomas.malone@gibson.com.  I spoke to
Thomas at Namm this year.  He's pretty much a one man band.  He's not only
the parts guy, but he's head of the technical department and does concert
prep also.  Kind of a full plate.  No wonder he doesn't answer the phone.
