Hi List,
As you have noticed, I have a problem with a S & S    B, I am going back tomorrow, if they can schedule me in, to try the suggestions you gave me, that I hadn't tried.
I thought, I would give Kent Webb, at Steinway, an e-mail and see if he could offer any other help. He was always very helpful, when he worked for the B guys.
I wasn't sure if he would be able to answer my e-mail, before I left in the morning, so I gave him my cell phone #, just in case.
I had just hit my send button, and my cell phone rang, it was Kent, now that is what I call service.
He said if I still have a problem, when I am at the piano, give him a call.
Just thought you guys should no, that there are still some company people who care.
