Reinforcing damper back action flanges glued to damper rail

Hi Brad,
                I had to rebush a small section of those horizontal 
flanges.    Drill two small holes in diagonal corners before popping off 
flanges.  Used two small round tooth picks to relocate the flange.   I used 
hide glue, have to think of the next guy. ;-)
