Hi Tom,

I have no idea about the strange set-up with your Kimball grand=
 with the 
regulating buttons on the end of the keys.  But here are two=
 pictures of 
the keybed of a Winter spinet that has regulating buttons instead=
 of back 
rail cloth.  Thought it might be interesting for the list. =
 Picture 2 is 
from beneath the keybed looking up.
