I bought QuickBooks EasyStart last fall and have had no problems with it.
It's easy to use and quite inexpensive and even though it doesn't have
fancy pie charts and graphs it still does half-decent reports. Since I
don't need payroll or inventory the EasyStart version works just fine for
me. My accountant prefers a spreadsheet, but seems to be able to work with
the printouts with no problems (so far). Having tried both Quicken and MS
Money I would NOT recommend either of them.
