There's plenty of crown and downbearing there. I noticed that it has some sort of half-agraffes upside down under the capo bar. I suspect that this arrangement is somehow muting these notes. In other words, if there is some build-up at the intersection of the string to the termination piece (the half-agraffe) such as a spilled sugarary drink might leave behind,there can be some string damping.
