Be sure to also remove the hinge halves attached to the rim. If you don't they will carry all of the weight of the piano when you flip it over and bust out the rim. Remove lyre and bass leg, stand piano on its side on a folded pad (protecting hinges). Place other pads to receive the treble end and flip right over. With the action removed, the keybed acts as a place to grab when righting. Be mindful of where the glue might go... I glued a straight side once this way, with epoxy... only to find out that it dripped down the inside of the outer rim and glued it to the shop rug.
