Polish & lube won't compensate for these conditions. 2) Remove wippens of some of the most sticky keys. The wippen flange, and possibly the jack flange, may have too much resistance. If so, it's time to take the action back to the shop and repin all possible offenders. 3) The brand new key bushing job. If the cloth is too deep in the mortise, no amount of key easing will get you out of the rough. Check them all, and any that are too deep, bring back to the shop and rebush. And other aspects may be the culprit as well! Good luck! Patrick
