If it has a = deep dimple in the felt, steam and then iron dry and possibly light = sanding. Follow up with teflon powder. You may have to regulate some = lost motion. Also check the key bushings for any wear as a dimple there in the felt = can also stop the key from returning especially on the dogleg keys.
