Garfield's Pin Block Restorer

Hello,

  Does anyone have any experience with Garfield's pin block restorer?  My
thinking is that it actually might work, but that some are attracted to
other things like pin-tite and/or superglue because they are FAST. 
Could Garfield's maybe even be better in the long run, but just
inconvenient because it is so slow?  IF that is the case, I'd like to
try it on a piano that isn't in a hurry.
