Vinny, all good advice so far. I would like to add this also: Before you start to tune, find the tenor/treble break and move just the bottom pin of the notes in the treble. You don't have to listen, just 'tighten' the bottom pin of each note. I have found that will help the treble notes stay put when you go to tune. You could also do a no-listen pitch raise, which involves tightening every pin before tuning. Both of these procedures are designed to help stabilize once you get to pitch. Good Luck, Phil Bondi(Fl)
