Tom asked: "I am regulating an old Kimball grand and it has =
Brambach-style knuckles. I=20
don't know exactly where to position the jack under one of these. Can=20
someone enlighten me on this?"

Thanks

Tom,
Brambach knuckles are different than Kimball Knuckles! However, the =
alignment is the same. I have a really olde Kimball Service Manual that =
shows it. Unfortunately, the photos are really bad, so a scan will not =
suffice. On this type of knuckle, there is a vertical "cut", (if you =
will), the jack tip CENTER LINE should align with that "cut". (Easier =
shown than explained.) I hope this helps.
