I get approached in parking lots, people come to the house I am at, all wanting a tuning, then or in the future. When I had my cell # on the van, I have been called on the road, by someone driving behind me. I started in 1975, and my first signs were magnetic. I have never regretted going to the professionally installed lettering, lets face it, it lets people know, you are a professional. Oh yes, I have never had a tool stolen. The majority of the tools are of no use to the average Joe anyway. It seems to me I remember someone saying his vehicle was broken into, and his Accutuner was cast aside. Mind you a laptop would be gone. If anyone wants to see my signs, I could take a picture of them. What is this moving target to get sued? Sounds paranoid to me. When was the last time anyone heard of a piano tuner getting sued? John M. I am also a moving target to get sued." What is everyone's thoughts on this?? I suppose it depends on where you work -- not too many car break ins in the neighborhoods where I work, fortunately. Likewise, the "moving target to get sued" seems overly paranoid to me, but your neighborhood must vary from my experience. Plus, when you go into a risky neighborhood, it just takes a moment to put that magnetic sign in the trunk.
