Pitch Raise and String Breakage

Most of the pianos I see here in rural WV haven't been serviced in years =
(one this week was never tuned since new -- in 1962!!!!).  So instead of =
trying to explain a "pitch raise", I just say "so much for the first =
visit; after that, it will be less", and plan to p/r as well as remove =
mice, Barbie shoes, fix the stripped music desk screw, etc....
