manufacturing stamp

 I am working on an upright piano that has a manufacturing stamp on the side of key F1.  The stamp reads:
H. Gallowsky
Klaviaturfabrik
Berlin 30.33, Mantsuffelstr.721

The hammer rest rail has the name of:  Langer

So far I cant find a name or serial # on the piano.
I also dont see H. Gallowsky in Pierce piano atlas 11th ed.

Is it a stretch to assume the key manuf. is also the piano manuf.??????
