wax removal

It looks like the wax is all on the surface. Chip it off. Don't get it hot!
Try a can of spray, the one that are used to supercool the skin. I think the 
wax might chip right off when very cold.
Also try cleaners (naptha) on a spot to see if it will dissolve the wax and 
wash it away.
