Piano Service Contract for Bulk Tunings

David,

On a per unit basis...I guess what I was trying to say
is I want to get payed for each individual piano. Not
get payed a bulk rate for doing say 20 pianos in a
given time period at a discounted rate.

For instance for Customer A: Tuning $xxx.xx,
additional labor at $xx.xx/hr, billed in 15 min.
intervals. I'm not kidding myself...since they are
rentals, I'm sure there is the possibility of a lot of
additional labor, I'm also sure that it (the
additional labor) is something that wont get approved
for service...but like I said...nothing ventured
nothing lost.

Have you tried to google service contracts? I know
in Quickbooks I
can make up such a contract....I think? Explain what
you mean by (on a
per unit basis)?

David I.
