It would seem to be mechanical in that it is not patterned around the =
harmonics of B5. I would think that the board has lost it's crown or the =
lack of strong downbearing in that section is allowing the bridge to =
move freely. Are the bridge screws tight?
If you push down on the board in that area, what is the resistance? You =
could guess at the stiffness/impedance.

Another shot in the dark would be to try mass loading! to change the =
impedance. Where's Ron's famous 50 gram pre-drilled weight that he =
carried with him.=20
