FWIW - the topic of tuning/service fees comes up every now and then and =
the general theme is usually that piano technicians tend to charge less =
than they might be worth.

Recently I had my refrigerator serviced. $75 to walk through the door =
plus $60/hr. plus parts.

I went to a garage door sales/installation/service/parts store today and =
bought a part for my ailing garage door. I asked how long a garage door =
should last. I got a lecture about having yearly service done. They =
charge $60 for their standard yearly checkup/lube/adjust service fee. =
I'll admit, I not an expert with garage doors - and I have no doubt that =
someone with more experience than me could have installed this track =
bracket & wheels better than me (maybe?) - but I can't imagine that it =
would require more than a few days instruction to become something of an =
expert at garage door maintenance/repair. And how long would the yearly =
service take? 15 - 20 minutes - if one is real thorough?

Charge what you are worth.

Maybe I'm just mad at myself for not just telling that dealer what my =
fee is instead of asking what he pays!
