You gotta decide simply whether or not you want to do store tunings or 
not.  If not, then simply tell him your price as Barbara mentioned. If 
he doesnt want to pay that price he can get somebody else. His customers 
can not insist on who should provide those tunings... unless they do so 
before the sale is finalized and thats part of the deal they make.

I dunno... do what feels best.  If these are folks you want to take care 
of... then take his price and mention that in the future you will be 
working for full price for this kinda work.

Dont loose any sleep over it either way.... :)
