Recycled technology-cutoff bar

Hi Don,

Sorry to inconvience anyone. Unfortunately, I am just one of those
techically-challanged computer users that has trouble going anywhere that he
is not intimately familiar with. If you care to send me detail steps
describing how to do that, it would be great. I have heard of that (posting
to the files area), but not ever using it, I just don't know. Sorry.  :-(
