Hello Greg,

Here is a nifty organizer for upright hammers and dampers as well as 
grand dampers.  All parts are individually accessible and can be sorted 
into groups e.g. "finished", "unfinished" etc by sliding them left or 
right.  The center bracket separates bass from tenor/treble.

I described this rack in the Feb. 2005 Journal.  Easy to make, but the 
dimensions and angles are somewhat critical for versatility.
