As I sit here, at 11:51 AM, waiting for the Sears clothes dryer/ washing machine repairman to show up at his allotted time of "between 8 AM and 12 noon", I better understand why my customers are SO HAPPY to see me (usually) arrive PRECISELY at the hour (not a 4 hour block target) we agree on!
