Rick,

For my rebuild jobs (all players or reed organs, at present) I state a =
range. For example: late January, or Mid-Spring. Unknown to the =
customer, I have added X number of weeks to the actual date I would =
expect to finish. That gives me additional leeway. I'd much rather =
call a customer to tell them that the job went smoothly and is a week or =
two ahead of schedule, than to apologize for not completing on time. An =
additional benefit is that I have "extra" time to "play in" the =
instrument and work out any minor bugs. This is particularly useful =
with player work.

  So,=20
What if any assurances, do the rebuilders on this list give to a =
client about when they will be getting their piano back? (I'm about to =
miss a deadline by about two weeks)

  Thanks,
  Rick Ucci/Ucci Piano
