Customer call backs/reminders

Julia, I use to call people when I first started. I got to feeling like 
I was inturding and was cold-calling..I got alot of answering machines 
and 'I'll call you back when I'm ready'. Since going to reminder cards 
about 2 years ago, the return is better and I don't feel like I'm 
interfering in my client's lives.
