Whenever a customer asks be about buying a piano I always tell them that if they find a piano they really like that they should write down the serial number (I'll even show them where it is) and make sure that the piano that is delivered is that one, not a similar one. Some dealers make a big deal about "selecting" a piano. That would just be wasted effort if they don't get the one they selected. dave __________________________________________ David M.
