---------------------- multipart/mixed attachment Hi Neal, Record Serial numbers, By customers, As there are times dampp-chaser may call and asked for them, due to sending rods we should not have , this happened to me two different times, Also if you have defective equipment make sure you return It to Dampp chaser not to the supplier, Call them first, they pay freight both ways replace and return, If you Dont return defective one they will charge you for the replacement. Pianos of that size I use three rods, under keys 38watt 36 long, Same size under the tail bass bridge, 50 watt Bellie, Have had good responce with this set up.
