John, I would recommend that you unpack the unit and lay out the devise on
the living room rug before you go to the clients place. Read the
instructions through and become familiar with the parts.
The kit for installing the unit is also very nice to start out with as it
has the push pin installer, an awl, and a magnetic 1/4 hex driver for the
screws.
You also might want to include a wash rag to furl and place betweem your
teeth to stiffle the utterances that might otherwise escape your lips as you
undo what you just did.. <G>
Figure on about 2 hours for the first one for an upright and 3 for grands
the first few times.
I am down to 3/4 and 1 hour now.
