Baldwin Warranty

Well I assume she bought the piano from Biasco. In that case...SOL. If the
piano is 2 years old, Baldwin will, most likley, honor the warranty.
Hamiltons came with a 25yr warranty. Now if they are
pre-Gibson...again...SOL.

Now, the next problem....Getting a return phone call from Thomas Malone at
Baldwin....good luck. He's not very good about returning phone calls.

On a side note. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Or
why.
