Half punchings on balance rail

Hi Bob, You may not get much bang for your buck if the D's balance rail is
radiused at the pin.
To get the most cut the felt just behind and even with the balance rail pin.
To get less cut in the middle of the hole and the least at the  front edge
of the pin.
