estimated pricing for work

      Why?  If you are not going to be doing the work, I suggest that you 
stay totally out of the pricing.  There is  no percentage in it for you!  If 
something were to turn up in the middle of the job, and those doing the work had 
to make some kind of adjustment to the pricing, your preliminary "pricing" will 
simply become a snag and somebody is going to be unhappy.  
    The fewer people involved in the customer/work/money/rebuilder 
arrangements, the better.
