This has come up before, Jere.

The damper spoons are engaging the damper levers at the bottom of the 
keystroke causing the multiple bounce.

Essentially, the damper lift (by the spoons) is too early. Adjusted 
correctly and with the sustain pedal fully depressed, there should be 
no damper lever movement when the playing the keys.
