Hi Jenneetah,

Of course asking the person is the best solution, but perhaps they are 
referring to the notes staying in tune. Then again, who knows, people 
sometimes have unusual ways of explaining themselves - I can't imagine 
someone finding strings that are up to pitch "loose".
