The Nashville Convention was great! The convention center was =
well-laid-out, and an inviting place to be (I liked how the stairway =
projected into the space, so newcomers could see and be seen). It was =
extremely well-organized: for the Associates Seminar, there were =
individual name cards placed on each table for each participant. A huge =
amount of prep work was done to disassemble action models in advance and =
otherwise prepare each station. As a result, the learning part went =
very smoothly, with very little waving of hands and administrative =
overhead. And this was just one of many such classes with detailed =
preparation; the Repair Skills on Saturday was more loosely organized, =
but each presenter was well-prepared.

I got useful information out of every single class. And it was great to =
be able to put faces with names at the pianotech list meeting! I only =
wish I could have had a chance to see some of Nashville!

A big Well Done to PTG staff and instructors!
