removing broken tuning pin

  If a grand, drive it through the bottom,(take care to brace all around the 
exit hole).  If an upright, then drill the pin out,(get a couple of sizes of 
reverse thread drills and it will back out when you get it torn up enough).
Then plug with 3/8" Falconwood plugs and redrill.  This might be a $150 
repair....
