Split butts (where the pin goes through)?  Loose hammer heads?  Shanks loose
in the butts?  Pinned too loosely?  Screws not tight?  Screws stripped?
Pinned too loosely?  Split flanges?  Split shanks?  Split action rail?
    I mean, what else is there?  I'm guessing you pinned some of them too
loosely.
