The mating mating is inexistant, but it is made difficult by the use of VERTICAL AGRAFES in place of the usual ones (almost as crazy as using keytops in hammers !) - then indeed the hook is grandly inneficient (while it may be possible to bend lower the strings. What may be the tone problem cause by those less than perfect terminations ? Thanks for your insights.
