Tim, Did you check the pinning of the flanges BEFORE you installed them?!!!!! Options: take each offfending one out and check the pinning in the bushing AND the birds-eye.<G> Sigh! The quality of "new" parts is ALWAYS suspect, for me. Don't ASSUME that a new part is going to be up to proper specs.
