Making flange rail

I had to make a crown molding for a 6 foot tall Regina
music box recently. I sent a sample of the old molding
to a place that custom makes knives. The knives came
back and I took them to a local cabintet shop that had
the appropriate machine. Presto: 20 feet of crown
molding!
