Hi Dale,

We're back from our trip and I've started restringing the 1904 "O" that 
arrived two days before we left town. (The M & H will have to wait.)

I'm remembering when we visited your shop that one of your sons was 
polishing agraffes. Anything you'd care to share about what you've 
discovered that makes this job go quickly? I've always replaced Steinway 
agraffes but the parts in the "O" are so nicely fitted that I'm tempted 
to just make 'em pretty, ream and reinstall.

Do you know what years Steinway had the problem with defective agraffes?
