special characters - was Coffee spill on the Bridge

Hi Greg,

That must be the case. I've tried everything everyone has mentioned and so 
far,
no luck. I even tried it on my computer at school which has 2000 on it and
nothing there, either.

And I don't have the original CD, so I guess I'm out of luck! :-(

P.S. Thanks for what you sent Conrad. I'd already found that in Adobe but I
haven't been able to make it work when I hit the Alt + keys.
