I've installed roughly 50 systems since last April, about $12,000 in profit. Also, I now take a digital photo of each piano I tune and then send it to them 6 mos.later. They get a real kick out of it and it helps create a bond between customer and tech. I use a website that does all the work for me at a cost of $1 ea. including postage. Lastly, I spend two hrs. each Sun. evening 7-9 dialing for dollars and usually book 20-24 calls for that week and into the next. It seems to be a good time to catch people in.
