Tom, I'd like to add installing climate control systems and cleanings to
the list. I've installed roughly 50 systems since last April, about
$12,000 in profit.

Also, I now take a digital photo of each piano I tune and then send it
to them 6 mos.later. They get a real kick out of it and it helps create
a bond between customer and tech.

I use a website that does all the work for me at a cost of $1 ea.
including postage.

Lastly, I spend two hrs. each Sun. evening 7-9 dialing for dollars and
usually book 20-24 calls for that week and into the next. It seems to be
a good time to catch people in.
