This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Hi guys, I have a customer with an entry level Pearl River Grand.=20 A month ago I went to tune the piano and found the damper lift tray = disconnected on the right hand side. The pin had walked out. I reinserted the pin and put some gaffers tape over the hole and all = seemed well. Just got the call... same thing again.=20 Any suggestions on a more permanent fix?
