OT - Computer Troubles, was: of spline and catenary

Oh the joys of the new computer! Every time I try to open an attachment to
an email my system blocks the effort and gives me the message: "OE removed
access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: filename.*.*"

Anyone know how to un-block this? Thanks.
