Thanks all for the great info and quick response. Sorry, about the rolls. If I decide to replace the player unit, I'll get to you. I checked under the keyslip and didn't find it. Perhaps it was painted over when they antiqued it. Was it decal or punched? I think I got confirmation that it is a Melville-Clark, since I found a duplicate of it on a sales site: http://www.vintagepianoworks.net/html/piano101.htm Must be dated pre-1920 or so.
