  Del,
I will pass this and the others on. Do you have any grands in =
the making that you might like him to consider or even wait for? I'm =
guessing that the Walters' isn't exactly a direct reflection of your =
work as I think I understand that some things have been changed from =
your design. Thoughts?

P.S. I might even get him to consider a rebuild if it was able to be =
ready and could pass as something the donating committee might consider =
unique or noteworthy.=20

We have a M&H BB available that has been remanufactured. Ebony. I can =
send you details privately if you think there is any interest.

The Walter 190 is probably smaller than your client is looking for. =
After designing the piano, building the prototype and helping out with =
the initial tooling up process I had nothing more to do with the =
project. Yes, a few things have changed. Some good some not so good. =
Mostly, I think, the company has been going through the process of =
becoming grand piano builders. There was an initial impression that this =
would be little different than building verticals. It is. Grand piano =
building requires something of a different mind set. More things matter =
in bigger, but more subtle, ways. I took a look at the piano and the =
assembly process for the first time in some ten or twelve years just a =
few months ago. While I did have some suggestions they have really come =
a long way on their own. Each one gets better.
